As a union member you have a legally protected right to have a union representative support you in meetings with supervisors that could result in disciplinary action. The rights to such representation, called Weingarten Rights, are established and afforded under the 1975 Supreme Court case of the same name. Please indicate in the description of the situation if there are any considerations that should be made regarding who we can have help.
